Development process
Due to the fact that the process of developing multimedia products is associated with a large number of legal, administrative and procedural issues, we would like to help our clients understand this process.
Preliminary work
- 1
At the presentation meeting, it is discussed what requirements are imposed on the future educational product, and a method for its implementation is chosen.
- 2
A confidentiality agreement is concluded, and the customer gives us the materials necessary to develop the course scenario, and gives explanations to them.
- 3
We evaluate the amount of work and send the concept and cost of the future course.
- 4
The customer agrees on the concept of the course and the budget of the project.
- 5
A contract for the development of a multimedia product is concluded, the terms of reference and the list of responsible persons are approved.
Course design and script development
- 1
Focusing on the wishes of the customer, we develop course design options to choose from (and options for course characters, if any are provided in the course).
- 2
The customer gives reasonable comments on the design and/or character. We are making adjustments.
- 3
We submit the developed course scenario to the customer for approval. The customer can pay an advance for the development of the script.
Course production
- 1
We develop a multimedia course according to the terms of reference and scenario.
- 2
We announce the course. The customer may be present in the studio.
- 3
We provide the customer with intermediate results of work for correction and approval.
- 4
We provide interface of the course with the corporate distance learning system according to international standards SCORM, xAPI (TinCan) or CMI5.
Delivery and acceptance of works
- 1
We hand over the developed multimedia course to the customer and explain how to use it.
- 2
The customer tests the multimedia course and informs us of the test results. Corrections are made to the course if necessary.
- 3
An act of acceptance and transfer of the course is drawn up. At this moment, the customer acquires the exclusive right in full to the multimedia product as a whole. The customer pays for the work according to the terms of the contract.
Course operation
- 1
We provide 1 year free warranty technical support.
- 2
If the customer wants to contact us for help to update educational information, then we do it promptly: up to 3% of the course volume for free once a year, larger volumes or more often - with a 50% discount from the price of creating a course element according to the development estimate.
- 3
In the case of expanding the geography of training, we will organize the localization of the product into any language on favorable terms for the client.
